Work is done on a RMC 1000 Bore Mill using BHJ Blueprinting fixturing; mill is equipped with a Heidenhain XYZ Linea Measuring
System that is calibrated and certified yearly by New England Precision.
- Honing is done on a Sunnen SV10 Automatic Cylinder Hone featuring DH Diamond honing stones and using BHJ torque plates.
- All measuring equipment features Sunnen bore gauges and setting fixtures, Mitutoyo micrometers, Brown & Sharpe Micro-Hite Precision Measuring Center.
- All instruments are calibrated and certified by New England precision.
